Balloholics 2015 ABA Roster Posted

Balloholics 2015/16 Senior team roster undergoes a complete overhaul with several new players added to the 5 returning players and a new head coach. Head coach duties are now handled by Balloholics Program Director Dave Poon Tip. Dave brings decades of experience to the team at all levels of basketball from player, coach , referee to founding the Balloholics in 2006 and leading them to the ABA.

While both big men from last season Mike Berg and Stuart Wallensteen are recovering from injuries, both are expected back to 100% in the new year.  Holdovers also include Aneetan Briach, Gabe Gibbs and Demitri Harris.

New players added include a trio of hard working point guards Carlos Singer from Seattle Washington, Mark Mitchell from Toronto ON and Johnathan Thompson from Nassau Bahamas. They bring great ball pressure on defense and transition speed to the Balloholics. They are all looking to make their mark in the ABA.

Carlos Singer a veteran of the ABA chose to play this season with the Balloholics after visiting Vancouver last season and becoming familiar with the program. Carlos out of Hardin Simmons University was a 2015 ABA All-Star (Lakewood Panthers), 2014 IBL All-Star 2013 IBL All-Star (Seattle Flight), Seattle Pro-Am 4X time all-star.

Up front the Balloholics added Kadeem Willis from Toronto ON, Graham Bath from Langley BC and UBC Thunderbirds, Chad Warren from Langley BC and Clay Crellin from Vancouver BC.

The team heads to Everett WA to play the first regular season game Nov 14 @ Shoreline Community College vs Everett Evolution.
